How Do We Produce?

CNC Production

Thus, production processes have been modernised with the use of computer-aided design (CAD), processing capacity has been transformed into a structure managed by integrated data processing systems, and metalworking machines have been equipped with CNC technology, enabling the transition to advanced technology.

Fsm Process

In line with the goal of adopting advanced technology in developed countries, strategies have been developed on the follow-up, acquisition and integration of these technologies. In this context, Sheet Metal Processing Flexible Manufacturing System (FMS) has been included in our production technologies, creating significant differences in productivity and design.

Customer Orientated Production

Within the framework of our customer-oriented approach, our processes, supported by machinery, equipment and hardware incorporating advanced technology, are managed through the continuous development and improvement of our human resources.

Human is not a tool, but a goal. We act in the field of Occupational Health and Safety by adhering to national laws and regulations and adopting international standards. We ensure the implementation and continuous development of Occupational Health and Safety systems that support our operation.

By conducting risk analyses, we prevent dangerous situations that may cause occupational accidents, take precautions and continuously improve them. We organise trainings to keep the health and safety of our employees and all our stakeholders at the highest level and ensure the use of appropriate machinery, equipment and technology. We ensure that all our stakeholders are aware of the necessary activities to minimise the negativities in case of emergencies.
