What is Personal Data?

Personal data is defined in KVKK as any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person. Accordingly, your name, surname, e-mail address and telephone number that you share with us are called personal data.

What are our methods of collecting personal data?

Your personal data, through the forms on our company’s website and mobile applications, information such as name, surname, Turkish ID number, address, telephone, business or private e-mail address; preferences on the pages logged in using the username and password, IP records of the transactions performed, cookie data collected by the browser, and data containing browsing time and details, location data;

Verbally, in writing or electronically through our channels such as our sales and marketing department employees, branches, suppliers, other sales channels, paper forms, business cards, digital marketing and call centre;

Law No. 6563 on the Regulation of Electronic Commerce, Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers and the Regulation on Service Providers and Intermediary Service Providers in Electronic Commerce published in the Official Gazette dated 26.08.2015 and numbered 29457, the Regulation on Distance Contracts published in the Official Gazette dated 27.11.2014 and numbered 29188 and other relevant legislation to record identity, address and other necessary information to determine the information of the transaction owner;

To organise all records and documents that will be the basis of the transaction in payment systems, electronic contract or paper environment, which are mandatory in the field of Banking and Electronic Payment; to comply with the information storage, reporting and information obligations stipulated by the legislation and other authorities.

For what purpose and to whom do we transfer your personal data?

Your personal data may be shared with our Company and our direct/indirect domestic/international subsidiaries, institutions and organisations that represent us together during the continuation of the business relationship and/or are our business partners with whom we cooperate in order to carry out our activities, and domestic/international persons and institutions from whom we receive data storage services in the cloud environment. In addition, personal data are shared with courts and other public institutions due to and limited to our legal obligations.

How do we store your personal data?

Your personal data will be stored confidentially in the database and systems of our company in accordance with Article 12 of the KVKK; It will not be shared with third parties in any way other than legal obligations and the regulations specified in this document. Our company is obliged to prevent unlawful processing of personal data in accordance with Article 12 of the KVKK, to prevent unauthorised access, to take software measures such as access management and physical security measures. If it is learnt that personal data is obtained by others illegally, the situation will be immediately notified to the Personal Data Protection Board in writing and in accordance with the legal regulation.

How long do we keep your personal data?

As Yeni Süper Gaz San.Ve Tic.Ltd.Şti., we store your personal data in accordance with KVKK. According to Article 7/1 of the KVKK, your personal data will be deleted, destroyed or anonymised and will continue to be used by us when the purpose requiring processing disappears and/or the statute of limitations that we are obliged to process your data in accordance with the legislation expires.

What are your rights arising from the Personal Data Protection Law?

In accordance with the legislation regarding your processed personal data; To learn whether personal data has been processed, to request information if personal data has been processed, to learn the purpose of processing personal data and whether they are used in accordance with their purpose, to know the third parties to whom personal data is transferred domestically or abroad, to request correction of personal data in case of incomplete or incorrect processing, to request deletion or destruction of personal data, In case of incomplete or incorrect processing of personal data, you have the right to request that third parties to whom personal data are transferred be notified of the correction of personal data and/or the deletion or destruction of personal data, to object to the occurrence of a result to the detriment of the person himself/herself by analysing the processed data exclusively through automated systems, and to request compensation for damages in case of damage due to unlawful processing of personal data.
